Hi, I’m Heather — Menopause Coaching Specialist & Your Midlife Bestie

Helping women 40+ lose stubborn weight, reduce hormone symptoms, and finally feel like themselves again.

At 40, I found myself exhausted, overweight, and confused by changes no one prepared me for — heavy periods, mood swings, stubborn weight that didn’t budge, and a body that suddenly didn’t respond the way it used to.

I was putting in the effort, yet my body wasn’t responding — and I didn’t understand why.

That’s when I learned the truth: midlife isn’t the problem — it’s a biological shift. And when you understand how your hormones, metabolism, and nervous system shift during this phase, everything becomes clearer and far less overwhelming.
