Weight Loss, Strength & Hormone-Aware Coaching for Women in Midlife

For Women Who Are Done Forcing Their Bodies To Cooperate — And Ready To Work With Them Instead.

If you’re doing the workouts, watching what you eat, and still not seeing results the way you used to, you’re not failing.

Your body is changing.

Midlife brings real biological shifts that affect how you respond to exercise, food, stress, and recovery. When hormones change, your strategy has to change too.

This is where I come in.

WHY MID-LIFE WEIGHT LOSS AND FITNESS FEEL DIFFERENT

What worked in your 20s and 30s often stops working in your 40s and beyond — not because you lost discipline, but because your physiology has shifted.

During perimenopause and menopause, changes in estrogen, progesterone, insulin sensitivity, and cortisol directly affect:

  • How you respond to exercise

  • How easily you build or lose muscle

  • How your body stores fat

  • How well you recover

This Is Why Many Women Experience:

  • Stubborn weight gain despite “doing everything right”

  • Fatigue and slower recovery

  • Increased stress and poor sleep

  • Injuries or burnout from workouts that used to feel fine

  • Frustration with plans that suddenly stopped working

This isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s a midlife physiology problem — and it requires a hormone-aware solution.

A HORMONE-AWARE APPROACH TO COACHING & TRAINING

I don’t separate fitness, weight loss, and hormone health — because your body doesn’t.

Menopause requires a coaching approach that understands how the female body changes over time.

Hormone-aware coaching adapts training, nutrition, habits, and recovery to support your body instead of working against it.

As hormones shift during perimenopause and menopause, the body responds differently to exercise, nutrition, stress, and recovery.

Traditional weight-loss and fitness programs rarely adjust for this.

My menopause coaching does.

My work combines coaching and personal training into one integrated strategy, designed specifically for women navigating midlife.

Whether we work together in person or virtually, the foundation is the same:

  • Training that supports strength, metabolism, and recovery

  • Lifestyle and habit strategies that reduce stress and burnout

  • Education so you understand what your body is doing and why

  • Ongoing adjustments as your body and symptoms change

You’re not handed a rigid plan and told to “just stick with it.”
You’re supported through a process that evolves with you.

SUPPORT FOR WOMEN USING WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATIONS (INCLUDING GLP-1s)

There’s a lot of noise — and judgment — around weight loss medications, especially GLP-1s.

Some trainers are openly against them.

Others refuse to work with clients who use them at all.

I take a different approach.

Because my job isn’t to shame women for the tools they choose — it’s to help them use those tools safely, intelligently, and in a way that protects their long-term health.

I support women who are using any medically prescribed weight-loss medication — including GLP-1s, which are simply the most common and widely prescribed right now.

My role is not to judge the tool, but to make sure you’re using it in a way that supports your body, your strength, and your long-term health.

For some women in midlife, weight-loss medications can be a helpful part of the picture — especially when hormonal shifts, insulin resistance, or metabolic slowdowns make progress feel impossible.

Emerging research is also showing that, for some women, GLP-1 medications combined with menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) may improve weight-loss outcomes compared to using either approach alone.

But medication is never the whole strategy.

That’s where coaching matters.

When I work with women using weight-loss medications, my focus is on helping you:

  •  Strength train in a way that protects and builds muscle

  • Eat enough protein and nutrients to support energy, recovery, and metabolism

  • Feel strong and capable — not depleted

  •  Learn how to fuel your body even when appetite is lower

  • Build habits that actually stick when medication is no longer part of the plan

Medication may help move the needle — but strength, nourishment, and lifestyle habits are what keep the results.

This isn’t about whether you use medication or not.

It’s about building a lifestyle that supports your body — so your results last long after medication is no longer part of the plan.

Weight-loss medications should always be used under medical guidance.

My role is to support the training, nutrition, and lifestyle foundations that help your body stay strong during the process — and after it.
