This is a one-time, strategy-based session. You’ll receive a personalized plan you can begin implementing immediately. Ongoing coaching is available if you decide you want additional support, but it’s never required.
No. Testing is not required beforehand. During your session, we’ll determine whether hormone testing may be helpful based on your symptoms and goals. If appropriate, I’ll refer you to a trusted hormone specialist for next steps.
Both options are available. In-person sessions are offered at Riverview Wellness in Chesapeake, VA and virtual sessions are also available for those outside my local area.
You’ll receive personalized nutrition and movement recommendations tailored to your symptoms and goals. This session focuses on strategy and direction rather than generic templates. Structured programming is available through ongoing coaching if desired.
