My role as a personal trainer isn’t just to guide your workouts.

Menopause requires a coaching approach that understands how the female body changes over time. Hormone-aware coaching adapts training, nutrition, habits, and recovery to support your body instead of working against it.

In my 1:1 online coaching, we focus on:

  • Learning proper form and how to use equipment with confidence

  • Building strength in a way that feels safe, sustainable, & effective

  • Training in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment

  • Building confidence to walk into any gym knowing what you’re doing

My goal isn’t to push you harder than you’re ready for.
It’s to help you trust your body and feel proud of what it can do.
